Returns & Refunds

Every mantel is cast to order specifically for your home. Our return policy reflects that.

Standard Fireplace Mantels & Surrounds Because every piece is manufactured to order, we are unable to accept returns once production has begun. We strongly encourage confirming your dimensions, finish selection, and installation requirements before placing your order. Our team is available to help you verify before you commit.

If you need to cancel within 24 hours of placing your order and production has not yet begun, contact us immediately at (916) 245-9350 or oldworld.stone@yahoo.com for a full refund.

Cancellations after 24 hours are subject to a production fee of up to 50% of the order total based on materials already procured.

Custom Orders Custom pieces are non-returnable once production has started. This includes any mantel built to non-standard dimensions, custom profiles, or project-specific specifications.

Shipping & Delivery Free shipping is included on all orders to the lower-48 United States. Please inspect your order before signing the delivery receipt. If damage is visible, mark "CONTENTS DAMAGED" on the receipt and notify us within 24 hours at (916) 245-9350 or oldworld.stone@yahoo.com — this is required for any freight claim.

Refund Timing Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. Refunds for damage claims are processed once the freight carrier claim is approved.

Manufacturing Defects If your product arrives with a confirmed manufacturing defect, we will replace the affected components at no charge. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs.
